韓紅（1971年9月26日－），出生於西藏，畢業於中國人民解放軍藝術學院，中國內地女歌手。
她以第一張個人專輯《雪域光芒》走紅，曾獲第5屆CCTV音樂盛典最受歡迎女歌手、《我是歌手第三季》冠軍等榮譽；代表歌曲有《天路》《家鄉》 《天亮了》等。其後發起韓紅愛心慈善基金會，從事公益活動，獲「2017中國慈善名人榜TOP30」第二名。
2021年2月28日，獲2020微博之夜微博星光公益影響力人物獎。
