楊洪基（1941年2月8日－），出生於遼寧省大連市，畢業於解放軍藝術學院，中國內地男中音歌唱家，國家一級演員。
他曾與香港聖樂團和美藉指揮家莫永熙合作演唱了海頓的《四季頌》，並參演《兩代風流》《屈原》等歌劇。曾獲全國戲劇「梅花獎」、國家「文華表演獎」以及全軍文藝彙演一等獎。
2021年2月11日，參加2021年央視春節聯歡晚會，演唱歌曲《唱支山歌給黨聽》。

He sang Haydn's “Ode to the Four Seasons” with the Hong Kong Sage Orchestra and American conductor Mok Yongxi, and performed in operas such as “Two Generations Love” and “Qu Yuan”. He has won the National Drama “Plum Blossom Award” , the National “Wenhua Performance Award” and the first prize of the army's art performance.
